I share valuable information with my patients to help them make decisions on how to improve their mental health. By the end of your visit, you will feel heard and empowered.

My approach to care is holistic and patient-centered. I value empathy, collaboration, and respect. I utilize psychoeducation to help my patients understand their symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment options. In collaboration with my patients, I treat mental health conditions with medications and/or psychotherapy.

Mental health conditions occur on a spectrum. So, my approach is tailored to meet your needs where you are. My focused areas are depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. I collaborate with clients to find the best regimen when medication is necessary.
