I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of all individuals, specifically youth of all ages and ability levels. I draw from both personal and professional experience to counsel individuals suffering from an array of difficulties including emotional regulation, depression, grief, anxiety, ADHD, and kids of divorce. 

 

I love to encourage individuals to learn and work towards their goals despite any physical or cognitive impairments through creative and engaging therapy sessions. I strive to create a space that allows individuals to freely express themselves, feel cared for,  understand themselves, hold themselves in high self-esteem, embrace strengths to carry forward despite religion, race, disability, or socio-economic standing. 

 

These interactions build relationships and they are the most rewarding and fulfilling part of working with children/adolescents and adults. All people deserve a chance to live a life of total well-being.
